Services and Scope
Soulful Snapshots provides appointment-based product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers. Service details are confirmed after an inquiry, review of product count and style, reference materials, a shot list, and a proposed delivery plan. Any final scope depends on the agreed session and approved shot list.

Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted according to product count, views, styling, and the number of retouched files requested. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, as confirmed in the booking. Any payment terms specific to a project will be stated before the session is confirmed.

Booking Conditions
The studio may request product information, references, and approval of sample setup before production begins. The private selection gallery is used for review and selection, and the final deliverables are limited to the agreed scope. Curation may remove duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images.
